Andrew Hysell Outdoors

Andrew Hysell is a resident of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin and lives in the Smiths Crossing neighborhood. He graduated from Pius XI high school in Milwaukee and Carroll University in Waukesha. After college, Andrew lived and worked in Madison for the senate and assembly Democrats, first as an intern and then serving as a legislative aide. At night, he organized phone banks to raise small dollar donations to support Wisconsin Democratic candidates.

Andrew started working at an early age, first with a paper route and later at McDonald’s and Denny’s. To help pay his tuition, Andrew worked his way through college. Later, he attended law school at night while working full time.

Andrew graduated from Georgetown Law and works as an attorney at Lawton & Cates, S.C.

Andrew Hysell is Committed to Protecting our Democracy

Our country and our democracy are at-risk. It is all of our responsibility to save it. Andrew has worked tirelessly to support Wisconsin Democratic candidates and promote a progressive policy agenda. It’s why he joined Senator Agard in 2020 to travel the state, raising money and volunteering for Democratic candidates to help “Save the Veto”. It’s why he has been a strong supporter of Tony Evers and Democratic candidates for U.S. Senate.
